Oat β-Glucan can be directly added into food systems or dry ingredient blends before mixing.
It shows good dispersibility in dry formulations and can be used in standard food processing without requiring modification of existing production lines.
For cholesterol-lowering health claims, a minimum daily intake of 3g is required per EFSA guidelines. Recommended daily consumption: ≤5g/day.
